These Terms of Use apply to your use of swatinfosystem.com (the “website”), operated by SwatTech ERP Private Limited, trading as Swat Info System (“we”, “us”, “our”), Rajkot, Gujarat, India. About this website

The website presents information about our company and our software services and products, including ERP and CRM development, our industry ERP editions, and pharma software such as Swat iQua Suite and PharmaAPI Manufacturing ERP, and lets you contact us or request a quote. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;

You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial reference. Any other copying, reproduction, modification or distribution needs our prior written permission.

Our services & quotes

Descriptions of services, product features, editions, timelines, results and statistics on the website are general information to help you understand what we do. They are not an offer, warranty or guarantee. Any quote we give is an estimate unless stated otherwise.

Every software project, licence, subscription or support engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, agreement or contract signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
